Our products are processed and preserved with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and natural spices, with no colorants or preservatives of any nature or origin. In ancient Sicilian noble houses, at certain times of the year more peoples from the peasant world were gathered, even women from the same peasants working in the land, and were home to prepare the preserves for the winter: marmalade, jams, soaps, and cheeses.
Trimarchi di Villa Marchese takes strength from this ancient tradition with the aim of following the whole production process and transformations in order to spread this culture of healthy food from the ancient flavor. The latest generation of the family has realized the desire to create a line of gourmet products that could be perceived as genuine flavors originating from the pure Sicilian tradition according to a high quality concept. This idea can be achieved only with a strong knowledge and careful control of the various stages of production, direct production in the field and table proposition according to a philosophy of healthy closure of the "Made in Sicily" chain.
