We suddenly perceive the fragrance of wild fennel in union with extra virgin olive oil. Taste is persitent and wild as well as soft and sweet.
This pesto can be perfectly paired with dish pasta topped with breadcrumbs or typical sicilian aroma (almonds, raisins ...). Ideal as a side with fat meat but with fish-based dishes as well. For the delicacy of its aroma, we truly advised to taste it with aged cheese.
