The farm is made up of two large band plots located in the eastern part of the island: the historic one of the family, preserved by grandfather Ciccio, in the area of origin north of Savoca and the youngest, strongly wanted by grandfather Giacomo, in the south on the hills of Syracuse
The two properties are dedicated to the production f citrus fruits, vegetables, grain and extra virgin olive oil. For nearly twenty years, the entire agricultural production is carried out in accordance with the requirements of organic certification. Full-field horticultural cropsare rotated in a completely natural way; in summer the soil is set in the sun to replenish the properties needed for new cultivation.
In this regard, it is good to remember that the ancient practice of covering crops and green manure is still implemented.
